ICE ( Ion Composition Instrument and Ultra Low Energy Charge Analyser)

2. ULECA: 
Remove extra parameters in the ULECA selected tables
and remove all but M21, M11, M31 rates in ULECA selected tables

Remove all data for ULECA except for sept 9-13

3. ICI:
create an index for ICI data arrays and include data for Sept 9-13
or remove all ICI arrays except for 10 periods on Sept 11

Digitize other ICI figures (beside figure 2)?  (permission)

Include instrument papers for ICE experiments?  all figures?

1. filter have array information, what do values mean? (e.g., R(3 6))

2. The process of flatfield, star composite, "cleaned" or "t" composite
and star frame subtraction is explained in the CTIODS file?  No reference?

3. (0409) files H_S and HALLEY_S differ in processing; look similar? name?
