REVIEWERS: Welcome! The overarching goal of PDS is to ensure, thru a rigorous 
internal and external review process, that datasets ingested into PDS will be 
useful to future researchers long after there is no one left to ask questions 
about matters which may have not been recorded or adequately described. Your
participation in this process is a valuable contribution to that future.

Things you may want to consider:

If you have been engaged in research using this data, is all the information 
you found necessary for that research present such that another scientist
can reproduce your results?

If you have a research interest in the data, is all the data/information needed
for that research present?

The files have been organised so that the DATA files being reviewed are in the
light red ares. For easier reading the DESCRIPTIONs are html versions of the 
substantive protions of the new PDS labels or templates ("File"s) in the
purple area which also being reviewed. Old PDS Labels and templates (Files)
and a detailed list of changes made to them to produce the "new" versions 
are provided for reference in the purple area. Datafiles and their associated
labels are flashed as NEW if they are being ingested into PDS for the first 
time. Otherwise, the files being updated are noted on the left of the light 
red areas.

All of your comments are welcome. We are particularly interested in whether you
find the data or its decriptions to be complete, accurate, and correct.
