Remaining liens on the NEAR Mathilde data set.
Discussed at the June 2, 2000 PDS data set review.  Doug gave a summary of
the status of the liens, and some liens were renegotiated.
June 5, 2000.

The original numbering from the 1999 review is retained.  If anyone needs
a list of the original liens, ask Carol (neese@psi.edu).

1.  a)  Reviewers agreed to accept thumbnails of the images as a way for
users to identify the images of interest, instead of a flag in the label.
Reviewers would also like to see a list of the images actually containing
Mathilde; such a list may be already available on Mark Robinson's web
site.  Note that the thumbnail images will require labels.

1. b and e)  These will be covered by the inclusion of the planning
spreadsheets.  

1. c and d)  Completed.

2.  Note done yet but will be done.

3.  This will be accomplished by the inclusion of the planning spreadsheets.

4.  Not done yet.  Lucy volunteered to help with this.

5.  The papers will have to be self-referenced.  Anne knows what's needed.

6-9.  Completed.

10-11.  We think these are completed but it should be checked.

12-14.  Completed.

15.  Mostly completed.

Reviewers reiterated that MSICAL needs to be eventually included in the
archive, as well as the calibration images and documentation necessary to
calibrate the images.

When we have our mid-June SBN/SDC telecon to decide the schedule for
liens resolution for the Eros data, let's also set a schedule for liens
resolution and final delivery for the Mathilde data.
