This constitutes a review of volume images downloaded from the UMD jukebox
August 8-10.  The volumes selected are NNEROS_001 (sic), 

The comments directly below pertain to NNEROS_001.  The other volumes are
critiqued in later sections, and will be treated as incremental reviews, with
differences from NNEROS_001 being noted.


NNEROS_001
==========
There is a large extras directory, which is outside the scope of the PDS
Standards.  The main portion of the volume is very clean.

Change the volume ID to NNEROS_0001.

- The HEADER_TYPE value of PROPRIETARY is not currently used.  I understand the
  reasoning behind not using FITS, due to the non-standard nature of the
  format.  Is there a better value, more descriptive perhaps, that can be used
  here?

- The word Ellapsed is misspelled on line 111
- The phraseology of the sentence beginning on line 438 is somewhat on the
  folksy side, but I suppose it's reasonably descriptive. ;-)

Clearly, nisbrowse.lbl is built using the new BROWSE object, and cannot be
validated by existing tools until incorporation into the next PDS build.  Care
must be taken, therefore, to adhere to the proposed Standard amendment.  This
will be reviewed by inspection in the near future.
