This constitutes a review of volume image for NXEROS_2012 downloaded from the
UMD jukebox August 8.  There are some small problems, none of which should take
too much time to fix.  Please take this evaluation as a starting point.  Some
of the spelling errors may be in the original documents, and therefore, not
advisable to edit.  Other problems may be negotiable.

  The word flourescence is misspelled on lines 21 35 36
  The word generaate is misspelled on line 83

voldesc.cat:
VOLUME_FORMAT = "ISO-9660-Level-2" has apparently already been used by SPICE,
and is therefore an accepted Standard value.


Browse Directory

Clearly, xgrsbrowse.lbl is built using the new BROWSE object, and cannot be
validated by existing tools until incorporation into the next PDS build.  Care
must be taken, therefore, to adhere to the proposed Standard amendment.  This
will be reviewed by inspection in the near future.

- This is not presented in the format of a data set catalog file.  This more
  closely resembles an AAREADME, or perhaps a VOLDESC.CAT.  The information
  needed in a catalog file is pretty much not here.  The description should be
  structured in a more classical manner, following the Standards.  Examples of
  data set catalog files may be made available for the preparer.
