This data set contains filter curves and detector parameters for the IRAS focal plane array. It is an update of an existing data set already archived at the SBN.
Catalog files contain the overview information and parameters used in loading the PDS central catalog, specifically, or for developing other interfaces to the data outside of PDS. The information they contain, particularly in their descriptive text fields, should be clear, complete, and understandable to a research user who is not necessarily an instrument specialist.
These files are located in the catalog/ subdirectory.
The data files are located in the data/ subdirectory. Labels are in separate files from the data, with the same name as the data file but an extension of ".lbl". All data is given as flat ASCII tables.
Note: The "*.hdr" files provide column labels for printing or displaying the data tables. They are not part of the official PDS archive and can be ignored.
