There is pervasive confusion in the documentation about whether this is 
version 1.0 or 2.0 of the data.  The apparent sloppiness in handling 
what should be a fairly obvious detail undermines my confidence in the
entire data set, which is not helped by the presence of obviously boiler
plate text which has not even been superficially reviewed for consistency
with the actual data set.

I would very strongly recommend against sending this data set to review
in this state.

The text says that PDS V3.7 was used - why not 3.8?

Stopped checking what appears to be a mindless copy at this point.  See

DATA_SET_ID has version 1.0

DATA_SET_NAME does not include processing level.

ARCHIVE_STATUS should be omitted; the value "LOCALLY ARCHIVED" is clearly
wrong.

CITATION_DESC year is clearly wrong.  Is any of it right?

CONFIDENCE_LEVEL_NOTE refers to V2.0.

DATA_SET_DESC refers to V2.0

---present data set.  Further review is a waste of time.  I would expect to

---reproduce here.  These data are not ready for review.
