Samples are for Jupiter in the Cruise dataset. Not convenient for users who download just a single dataset.

 Page 2, “This is VERSION 2.0 of this dataset” should be rewritten to indicate that this is version 1 for the case of cruise datasets and version 3 for others.  No descriptions of changes in comparison with previous version should be done in cruise datasets but description of the changes in both version 1 and 2 are required in the version 3 of Jupiter and post launch datasets (the change in comparison with version 1 is not clearly stated this is why I suggest to say more about this now).
  The description of changes is the same in version 2 and version 3 datasets. They should be different.
  You say that SPICE version may be updated. So, you do not know for sure? 

Page 3  After “SDC updates for data sets V… “ The text says “None of the formats for Calibrated data will change”. If you mean that the calibrated data in the data directory have the same format as before, this should be not “will” but “have been”. 

Page 6 (cruise ). Stop time is 2015 that is wrong. The start time is 2007-06-23T00:… although the earliest start time in the data  it is 2001-06-22T6:26:23
    In Jupiter and post launch datasets also there is some difference between the datasets start and stop time and start time in the earliest data file and stop  time in the latest data file , e.g. in the dataset the start time is 2007-01-01 in the data label it is 2006-12-26

Page 9 in “New charge-velocity mass calibration curve refer to a paper that “will be submitted in spring 2009” What is this paper? Should be updated.

Starting page 13 repeat the sections in page 2-3 (Version, Updates) 



ICD: it is not clear if it was updated as it mention only updates made in 2007.

  Charge: if this is a number it should be integer but does not look so.
     Is “charge-equivalent number of electrons” a unit?
  Mass_THRSH: unit is gram, not N/A
