Subject: TARGET lien

I checked into the additional (or possibly lacking) targets listed in
the DATASET catalog files for the datasets in the Lutetia Review.  I
found the following discrepancies:

* RO-A-MIDAS-3-AST2-LUTE-V1.0 used "(21) LUTETIA" instead of the
standard "21 LUTETIA"

* RO-A-ROSINA-2-AST2-V1.0 listed the following targets that were not
found in the data: "67P/CHURYUMOV-GERASIMENKO 1 (1969 R1)", "2867
STEINS", "EARTH", and "CHECKOUT".

* RO-A-VIRTIS-2-AST2-V1.0 listed the following targets that were not
found in the data: "EARTH", "MOON", and "STAR".

I'm not sure if these should be liens or not, but from our discussions
in our meeting today I thought I would bring it up.
