--> Contact information should be updated.  Still says Joe Peterson.  Also note that SOC should be 'Operations' not 'Operation'

--> Every line should be 80 characters.  Several are too long.  Issue was fixed in PE data sets.

--> There is an erroneous line after the END statement.  Please remove it.
--> All cases of "Science Operation Center" should be changed so that 'Operation' is 'Operations'.

--> Is old and needs to be replaced by copy in other data sets.

--> Is old and needs to be replaced by current copy.

--> line 278,287: you cannot have double quotes within a text value.  remove or replace with single quotes.
--> ensure that all lines are 80 characters in length
