Dear Ludmilla,

Attached are my review comments. Like before, I was able to successfully extract frequency estimates from the IQ values stored in the data, and they look as I expect them to. I briefly reviewed the documentation, and all my previous comments have been addressed in some way. I don't see any major show-stoppers here, but I agree with Dick that it would be a good idea to clarify which observations are included, and which ones are yet to come in a future version. I could see users getting confused on what's actually in the archive.
