Then V1.0 is the right version.  

The AAREADME.TXT file says this (second) delivery includes data downlinked through January 2016 and that additional Pluto "core" and "departure" data will be included "in future versions of this data set according to the schedule worked out by the Project and NASA."  

I'm curious how many more deliveries are expected; whether those will become V1.1, V1.2, etc. if this delivery is certified; and whether additional reviews are planned for the subsequent deliveries.
