Errors for:	GLOBAL (all NH datasets)

[ERROR] files: 'data/*/*.lbl' (not PEPSSI, SDC, SWAP)
--> Many target names are different (not necessarily spelling) between FITS header and PDS label.  For example "SPICA" or "VEGA" vs "STAR".  Please use the actual name.
--> --> Note that the PDS-SBN would prefer that use 'SPICA' or 'RHO LEO' instead of 'STAR'.  Any well known star target should be spelled out and not use the generic STAR target.

[ERROR] file: 'index/index.lbl'
--> File breaks down after column 11 for accurately describing the index table.

[ERROR] file: 'index/*ind*.tab'  (not PEPSSI, SDC, SWAP)
--> File contains TARGET_NAME values that are not listed in the data label.  For example: 'data/20160715_033091/ali_0330918179_0x4b2_eng.lbl' states "STAR", but in the PDS index and FITS header it states "SPICA".
--> --> Note that PDS-SBN would prefer to use the name found in the index and FITS header over the generic ones currently present in the PDS data label.

Errors unique for:	MVIC

[ERROR] file: 'catalog/dataset.cat'
--> All TARGET_NAMEs found in the 'data/' directory should be found within this file.  Currently there appears to be a mix up with target_name values in the data labels.  Please resolve and confirm this list.  Also note that "N/A" should not be included in this list and never included when you have other valid targets listed.
--> --> Note that if "HD 205905" is a valid value for TARGET_NAME, that we will need to add it to the PDSDD.
--> In the DATA_SET_DESC, it describes observations of "Kuiper Belt Object (KBO) 15810 Arawn (1994 JR1)" being included in this data set.  But none are found in this data set.  Where is it?

[ERROR] file: 'data/*/*.lbl'
--> Resolve things like "STAR" or "CALIBRATION" to the actual target name if known and provided.
