file: 'catalog/dataset.cat'
--> Strongly recommend creating ascii documents with the processing details for each type of data and creating a link to it from the data product label files.  Stating to refer to dataset.cat for details is not the correct approach.  No need to have so much details in this file.

files: 'data/*/*.lbl'
--> In the DESCRIPTION it states "See dataset.cat for processing details.".  This is not appropriate.  There are many PDS ways of doing this, but this is not one of them.
