In general, the data and high-level documentation seem to be
PDS-compliant, likely because of mature archiving of previous mission
phases.

--> However, I had a hard time figuring out what was being looked at.
Part of this was due to a missing file mentioned in
catalog/dataset.cat: DOCUMENT/SEQ_ALICE_PLUTO.TAB.

Tilden tells me this was removed because the mission phase name was
wrong, and maybe it was, however, it should be replaced by something
like SEQ_ALICE_KEM.TAB and a corresponding document somewhere saying
which sources were looked at and why for calibration.  Otherwise I
really can't use the data for anything.

It is almost as if you need to work harder at describing something
that is "just" calibration to make it useful.

Minor:

index/indxinfo.txt mentions:

SLIMINDX.TAB - Narrow version of INDEX.TAB, less than 80-columns wide.      

but SLIMINDX.TAB is really 85 characters wide.
