Certainly very valuable derived dataset.  SOHO/SWAN water production
rates are considered the "gold standard."

--> References are provided in swan_derived/overview.txt, but not
    copied into a documentation directory.  Is that allowed?
    Copyright problems?

--> ? Is this submission archive compliant?  It doesn't have all the
    other structure I am used to looking at
