--> PRODUCT_TYPE: Claims to be "UDR", but so is the LEVEL01A data.  Per RSI's level, I think this should be "RDR".  
--> PROCESSING_LEVEL_ID: Claims to be "2", but RSI LEVEL02 data should be "3", as in other RSI data sets.  "3" means calibrated data.  "2" mean edited data.  "1" means raw data.
--> Strongly suggest adding FORMAT keyword to each columns.

Where is the LEVEL1B data?

--> Files need to be PDF/A-1a or PDF/A-1b compliant.  Currently none are compliant.
