Was there always no SIS for the NH instruments? Oh well.  We have few comments:

- Please provide target.cat files for

- Page 29:
  Extension 5 - Error estimates for each pixel
    256 X 256 X 1 floating point array
  Extension 6 - Data quality flags for each pixel
    256 X 256 X 1 floating point array
In the .fit file (and .lbl) I spot checked (lsb_0408614341_0x53c_sci.fit),
the 3rd dimension is 285 (i.e. N), not 1.

nh-a-rex-2-kem1-v1.0/data/tnf/nh_uplink*.lbl
nh-a-rex-3-kem1-v1.0/data/tnf/nh_uplink*.lbl
- The PRODUCT_IDs in these files don't match index.tab, e.g.
nh_uplink_2019003_dss14.lbl has
  PRODUCT_ID           = "NH_UPLINK_2019003_DSS14.TAB"
while index/index.tab has
  ...,"NH_UPLINK_2019003_DSS14.LBL    ",...,"NH_UPLINK_2019003_DSS14    ",...
