Descriptions: give epoch for RA & DEC (J2000, at obs time?)

file.fits:
PDS4Viewer gives the following error message for all images except the first one:
No valid/supported Display Settings found. Displayed image may not be correct.
However, images are displayed.
When displaying the file.fits in SAOimage as multiple extension frames, they are identical to the ones displayed in PDS4Viewer.
