--> Correct <publication_date> so that it reflects the publication date of the final paper, and make sure <publication_year> is the year the product was first published in the PDS.
--> Add an External_Reference pointing to the final, published 2022 paper. If possible, include a preprint of that paper as a document instead of (or in addition to) the 2017 paper.
--> Dates/positions for four fields used in the analysis are given in Table 1. Header says declination is in hh:mm:ss (should be degrees…). Why was the analysis limited to only 4 fields when 1012 at different times are included in the dataset? None of the RA/Dec combinations match the RA/Dec of the data files

file: overview.txt
--> First paragraph is limited to 80 characters per line, second paragraph has one continuous line. Make consistent.
--> Could use a little more description of the data and how they were used.  What criteria were used to select the files? Are they dedicated observations or are they using observations obtained for other purposes? 
--> The <Identification_Area><Citation_Information><description> is duplication of the text in the TXT file, and really does not apply to this file.  This is an overview document, not the collection itself.


Data

--> Filenames for data and labels are timestamps, but they do not appear to be start time, stop time, or mid-time. Make sure the documentation explains the filename convention accurately.

--> Add references to the archived LORRI data from which this dataset is derived.

--> Add descriptions for the "primary_image" and "image" objects in the XML labels.

--> There are unexplained header rows within the last part of the FITS header_0.
